      ■ Historic highs in revenue, operating profit, and net profit
      ■ Growth in demand for power cables driven by spread of AI data centers
      ■ Targeting future industries (robots, UAM, wind power, EVs) through rare earth business

LS Eco Energy (CEO Lee Sang-ho) announced today that the company achieved its highest-ever annual performance in 2025, with double-digit growth in revenue, operating profit, and net profit for the second consecutive year.

According to provisional financial results released on the 5th, LS Eco Energy recorded KRW 960.1 billion in revenue, KRW 66.8 billion in operating profit, and KRW 48.5 billion in net profit for 2025. These figures represent year-over-year increases of 10.5%, 49.2%, and 37.1%, respectively, demonstrating simultaneous growth in both business volume and profitability.

In addition, operating cash flow improved more than fourfold compared to the previous year, which the company attributes to increased exports of high-value-added products and significant improvements in profitability.

This strong performance was driven by increased exports of extra-high-voltage cables to Europe and underground residential distribution and unshielded twisted pair cables to the U.S., alongside rising demand for power products fueled by the expansion of AI data centers in Southeast Asia. Notably, the company successfully secured stable results by minimizing the impact of U.S. import tariffs through preemptive customer engagement and strategic responses.

LS Eco Energy is actively pursuing submarine cables and its rare earth business as next-generation growth engines. The company plans to establish rare earth metal production facilities at its LSCV subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Rare earth metals are essential raw materials for the permanent magnets used in robots, urban air mobility (UAM), fighter jets, wind turbines, and electric vehicles (EVs), making them critical for a wide range of strategic future industries.

"If the current growth trend continues, we anticipate reaching KRW 1 trillion in revenue by 2026," said Lee Sang-ho, CEO of LS Eco Energy. "We will further strengthen our growth momentum by expanding our business scope into high-value areas such as submarine cables and key strategic materials."

LS Eco Energy has demonstrated a consistent growth trajectory over the past two years. Revenue jumped 18.9% from KRW 731.1 billion in 2023 to KRW 869 billion in 2024, while operating profit surged approximately 50% from KRW 29.5 billion to KRW 44.8 billion during the same period, showing a sustained trend of simultaneous expansion and improved profitability.
